Rent My Little Trailer does not have a nightly minimum stay. Day use is available for special events. Please call for special event day use rates and availability.
Renter must be 25 years of age or older, debit card or credit card used for payment must be in Renter’s name, Renter must have a valid driver’s license, Renter must have FULL coverage auto insurance in their name and Renter must complete this Agreement and agree to all Rent My Little Trailer Terms and Conditions attached below.
Terms & Conditions:
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit (the “Security Deposit”) is required for each trailer rental and due at time of reservation. Rent My Little Trailer will hold a credit card on file and may use that credit card for the security deposit on the trailer. This security deposit covers costs in the unfortunate event that:
There is damage done to the inside or outside of the trailer during your stay
Items are missing from the trailer
The trailer is left unclean upon check-out
This list is not all-inclusive and charges may be in any amount depending on the charges that need to be made. The security deposit may be used to pay any monies owed to Rent My Little Trailer under this agreement. Customer will be notified before charges are taken from credit card.
Deposit and Payment: All reservations require 100% of the total amount of the stay due at time of reservation. Cancelations made 7 days in advance are refundable at 100%. Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled Rental Period Start Date will be non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you must reschedule your reservation and you are within 7 days of the Rental Period Start Date, you may reschedule your reservation for a fee of $50. You must notify Rent My LIttle Trailer of your desire to reschedule and pay the $50 rescheduling fee within 7 days of the original rental period start date. All changes made within 7 days of rental delivery date must be rescheduled within 1 (one) year from the original rental period start date. The deposit that you placed toward your cancelled reservation will be applied to your rescheduled reservation.
Definitions. “Agreement” means all terms and conditions found in this form, and addenda and any additional materials we provide at the time of the reservation/rental. “You” or “your” means the person identified as the renter on this form, any persons signing this Agreement, and any person or organization to whom charges are billed by us at its or the renter’s direction. All persons referred to as “you” or “your” are jointly and severally bound by this Agreement. “We”, “our” or “us” means Ryan White Enterprises Inc, a California corporation, doing business as Rent My Little Trailer. “Trailer” means the non-motorized camping trailer identified in this Agreement. “Loss of use” means the loss of our right to use the trailer for any reason because of damage to it or loss of it during this rental. Loss of use is calculated by multiplying the number of days from the date of damage to the Trailer until it is repaired or replaced times the daily rental rate.
Rental, Indemnity, and Warranties. This is a contract for the temporary use of the Trailer at the Rental Location above. This contract does not provide you or any other party with the right to low or otherwise move the trailer from the Rental Location. Unauthorized movement of the Trailer will result in, at a minimum, a loss of the Security Deposit and, potentially, legal action. We may repossess the Trailer at your expense without notice to you if the Trailer is abandoned or used in violation of any applicable laws or this Agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liabilities, costs, and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of this rental and your use of the Trailer. We make no warranties, express, implied or apparent, regarding the Trailer, no warranty of merchantability and no warranty that the Trailer is fit for a particular use.
Campground Reservations. We are not responsible for campground reservations. All campground reservations must be made separately with the campgrounds reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this Agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.
Check In. Delivery times are generally between 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily. It is your responsibility to call us at (310) 386-9116 at least 48 hours prior to rental start date to schedule a delivery time.
Delivery / Set Up / Pick Up. We will deliver and set up the Trailer at the rental location on the Rental Period Start Date and pick up the Trailer upon completion of your rental period. At the time of delivery, one of our staff members will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the Trailer and its features. Additionally, the orientation will provide a summary of the campground rules and prohibited use of the Trailer. The Trailer will include instruction booklets which will explain the operation of the Trailer and its features, as well as, proved the campground rules. The orientation process can take up to one (1) hour - please allow yourself enough time. There are no refunds for early departures. The Trailer must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out (dishes washed, dried and put away, trash removed, floors swept, and countertop wiped). Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges will be made to your credit card. All campgrounds must be pre-approved prior to rental as some state parks do not allow third party vendor deliveries. If incorrect delivery information is submitted through the reservation request form that results in Rent My Little Trailer delivering your rental on the wrong date or to the wrong space/location, $100 fee will automatically be deducted from your security deposit to recover travel cost & time spent.
Valid Driver’s License. An acceptable, valid driver’s license issued from your country of residence must be provided at the time of rental. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period. If the driver’s license is in a language other than English, an International Driver’s Permit is recommended or other form of identification that we find acceptable.
Acceptable Forms of Payment: Rent My Little Trailer, will accept cash, money order, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If using a debit card or credit card, you must present the card at time of rental, along with a current driver’s license or other form of identification we find acceptable. Credit card must be present at the time of rental. Debit Cards will be accepted for payments toward rental only, but will not be accepted for the security deposit. No checks will be accepted.
Other Charges: Call for delivery charges for campsites outside of San Diego County. Charges may be applied for cleaning, missing items, broken items, vandalism, and any excessive wear and tear. This list is not all-inclusive. All trailers are non-smoking trailers. Absolutely no exceptions. Appropriate fees will apply for any evidence of smoking in trailer.
Prohibited Uses. The following acts and/or uses are prohibited and constitute a breach of this Agreement subject, but not limited to, forfeiture of the security deposit, repossession of the Trailer without legal process, and/or legal action: a) the unauthorized towing, moving or other prohibited use of the Trailer: b) accessing or walking on the roof of the Trailer: and c) not complying with all campground rules and regulations, or State or federal laws.
Personal Property. You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person, that was left or carried in or on the Trailer or in our offices, whether or not the loss of damages was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
Personal Injury. You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for injury, including, children, or relatives, whether or not the injury was caused by use of the Trailer, our negligence, or was otherwise our responsibility.
Smoking. There is No Smoking in any of Rent My Little Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and/or repair.
Pets: We are Pet Friendly! If we do approve your pet, there is a 1 pet (sm-med size) maximum due to size of trailer. Please do not leave your pet unattended in trailer. Renters must follow local site pet rules. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Limited Supplies. Rent My Little Trailer comes equipped with 1 gallon standard water for pump sink and 1 (one) 12 volt battery/110 Power System for electric lighting and outlets. Campsite must have hookups to run 110v powered outlets. It is your responsibility to ensure that these resources last your entire rental period. We will not provide customers additional water or batteries during their rental period. Additional battery is available for long term rentals if needed.
Campsite Hookups/Generator. The Trailer does not come with a generator. Campsite RV hookup or a Generator is required to power the outlets (AC 110v) in the trailer. Please contact campground for campsites with electric hook-ups or generator rentals prior to campsite and trailer rental.
Renter Damage. If the Trailer and/or the contents in the Trailer are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood etc). If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a policy report, contacting the other party’s insurance company and contacting us immediately at (310) 386-9116. At check out, Rent My Little Trailer will estimate the damage, if any and expedite the cleaning and/or repair.
Early Departures / Extended Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rental costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us directly at (310) 386-9116 for approval. There are NO refunds for early departures. If you do not vacate at the scheduled check-out period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any of our rights under this Agreement or at law shall not be deemed a waiver or a continuing waiver of any rights or remedies against another party, unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the party to be charged.
Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced according to the substantive laws of the State of California without application of its conflicts or choice of law rules. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the state court located in San Diego California or the federal court located in San Diego, California for any action of proceeding regarding this Agreement, and both parties waive any right to object to the jurisdiction, forum or venue of the state court or federal court located in San Diego, California.
Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement is judicially determined to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Attorneys’ Fees: In the event arbitration or litigation is necessary to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover all costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees in addition to other relief to which it is entitled.
Modifications. No term of this Agreement can be waived or modified except by a writing that we have signed.
Disclaimer: Rent My Little Trailer reserves the right to change Price, Terms & Conditions, and Delivery Areas without notice, Rent My Little Trailer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to its clients.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the rental of the Trailer, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements or understandings regarding the subject matter. This Agreement can only be amended by a writing signed by all parties.
Refunds, No Refunds will be given for any reason, including, but not limited to, bad weather, no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
